Am I the only one who's getting tired of Philly?

I would take Hurts over Dak in an instant. He's far more versatile.
Younger, faster, stronger, smarter and no useless virtue signaling.

Hurts is not the QB I would trust - I have my reasons - but he doesn't crumble when you give him a stacked deck. Do I think he's beating Mahomes if the QBs switched rosters? Absolutely not. But, he's most importantly NOT A CHOKER. You can't fix a choker...only the choker can rectify what's happening internally.

Why can’t Jerry Jones grow a pair and stop running this franchise into the ground? Retire!!! This franchise was once proud and now instead of us dominating, we need to stomach Philly doing it instead! Jalen Hurts is a punk and that head coach deserves the biggest uppercut imaginable. The refs always rigging it in their favor too. I’m tired of the favoritism for Philly. I’m tired of Jerry Jones running this franchise into the ground. When is enough going to be enough?!?
lol "rigging it in their favor"

You lost me with that .... we can only be so lucky to have a D and O line as them.

It

It's very frustrating, but let's be fair there's no universe where Hurts is a punk. He seems like a pretty good guy actually.
I agree... never being a loud mouth in the media, and all he does is win. Liked him in college, and he is all business. Instead of saying "we are close to superbowl teams like our loser qb " he goes out and plays.

I think what we are really tired of is watching Philly build a team the right way and consistently sign free agents year after year that keeps them at or near the top.

Meanwhile Jerry re-signs a couple of his own players and uses that as an excuse to sign nobody better than Zeke and Royce Freeman (yeah, remember him?) in free agency.

As the Eagles are paying Hurts, AJ Brown, Davonta Smith, the best offensive line in football, and, oh yeah, they still found a way to sign Saquon Barkley.

As Stephen Jones makes air quotes and chuckles about Philly being in cap hell in five years, they are holding the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Right, it’s the refs that are causing them to win. Had it not been for a bad call that negated a 20+ yard play by AJ Brown Philly would have scored on their opening drive in the SB. You fans who think the officials favor Philly sound like typical frustrated Cowboys fans. lol

It's a cycle. The Eagles will be bad again. The Cowboys will be good again. It's just a matter of how long you live.
We are in a 30ish year cycle right now. And there is no end in sight to this cycle.

We only wish the Cowboys were run like Philly and had players that cared more about winning than their personal brand. We have players caught laughing on the sidelines during blowout losses including our best defensive player. That tells you all you need to know about some of the players on this team. Better get used to futility because it’s going to be around awhile.

If there is a silver lining, Stephen's "air quote" line blew up in his face, trying to justify running the salary cap the way he does. Unfortunately I think he's too dumb to do anything about it, but it does add fuel to the fire for fans and media every time he tries to regurgitate that same crap in the future.

As for Hurts, why call him a punk? He's one of the classiest players in the league and tough/resilient as they come. McNabb was a punk. Hurts is humble off the field and wins on the field when it counts. The man was benched at Alabama, only to come back and lead his team to the championship. He then transferred to Oklahoma, nearly winning a Heisman trophy. He's a two time NFC champion and Super Bowl winning QB. We'd be lucky to have him.

I don’t hate Philly because they have a great team that just dominated a KC team that was coming off back to back SB wins. Philly has a team very reminiscent of the 92 Cowboys. A great defense with the leagues leading rusher. Their QB doesn’t put up big passing numbers but when he has to make plays in big games he makes them. A lot of Cowboys fans will never live long enough to see a Cowboys team as good as the team Philly had this past season. The future of the Cowboys couldn’t look any bleaker.

Someone sent me a picture from the Eagles parade. Howie Roseman was hit in the head with a beer can and he has a mark on his forehead. Someone said it was a Cowboys fan. Which one of you is at the Eagles parade???

The nfl is corrupt. I don’t think it’s as elaborate as some crazy people believe and not everyone is in on it but I do think the refs will throw flags if it benefits a team the league wants in the big game. The league is oppressing our Cowboys. The league right now loves the dirty birds.

This was arguably Phiiy’s greatest team in franchise history. Their future HOF center retired prior to the season and their OL didn’t miss a beat. They’ve had two teams the past 3 seasons that won more games than any Cowboys team. They could very easily repeat. A lot will depend if Barkley hits the wall and has a down year like most who rushed for 2000 yards or can pick up where he left off.

LOL at blaming it on a Cowboys fan. There are multiple reports of people on the floats being hit with bottles and cans. One girl had to be taken to the hospital after he head got busted open when hit with a beer bottle.

Even in celebration some of their fans can act like total neanderthals.

Philly has won 2 SBs since 2017 with two different head coaches and two different QBs. That’s crazy! That’s something you never see. Gives you an idea how well run they are.

They have some interesting FAs too. Baun being one. He played awesome but is he a one year wonder or did he really break through? He could be a guy you sign to a big extension and he then goes back to mediocrity.

Said others about the Cowboys from late 60's to mid-80's and then again in the 90's

yin-yang

Go Cowboys

Just stop

Oppressing our Cowboys? The only one oppressing us is Jerry Jones.

Howie Roseman was apparently bloodied by flying beer can and Gardner CJ not Chauncey had a vile profanity messaged hoodie on at the Eagles parade . I guess the good news is the Liberty Bell wasn’t stolen . Lovely Philly

I can’t recall many one year wonders with Philly. Foles was one of the few and he was a backup QB who went onto win SB MVP facing Tom Brady. Foles sucked everywhere else but Philly. They get the best out of their players. It’s all about winning in Philly.
