Cowboys finalized coaching staff

Well, at least the kept all the guys from the strength and conditioning group. They've done so well lately...
 
Great to see we kept our previous "game management coordinator"... we have been so solid in that area...

Well we have to give them a chance.. grade them when they have actually done something.

Interesting that we hired a new chief of staff under strength and conditioning. I'm not sure what that means since we still have the same strength and conditioning group, but if it helps at all with avoiding some of the injuries we suffered last year, I'm all for it.

Damn! I'm jealous....the excitement of putting a new stage together...the ideas, anticipation, psychology, melding of characters, learning what buttons need to be pushed......I miss that sheet. This is gonna be an exciting off-season. First year HC with high expectations and pressure....damn...awesome, feeling.

I had 16 assistant football coaches at a HS...plus 4 more freshmen coaches. About 90 altogether with my feeder MSs.
