Agreed. I’ve been pretty high on him!

Set a BC single-season sack record with 16.5 while racking up 20.5 tackles for loss, consistently wreaking havoc in opposing backfields.

Think he fits a one gap 3-4 scheme best. I feel like he’s undersized as a base 4-3 end opposite of parsons.

When this defense was most dangerous, in terms of pass rush, we had multiple guys on rotation. Guys like Dorance Armstrong and Fowler.

- Parsons, Williams, Kneeland.
- They likely bring back Lawson (cheap) and Golston (somewhat cheap)

That will give them their 4 guys and maybe spend on a mid round guy.

Agreed lol. This team is always reactive as opposed to proactive.

I am hoping they sign another DE or spend an early pick on one. But you know they’ll try to sell us on how effective Lawson and Golston were.

I would love to sign Fowler again. Let Williams and Kneeland help on run downs and let him eat on passing downs.

I’m with you. Could follow Eberflus here. Much better 3T than DE.

But I feel he fits that Golston mold but will be a cheap one year deal where as Golston will make a decent payday

Can’t have enough pass rushers but in my opinion they need to focus on the interior DL. Where is Sam Williams btw? You think he would be motivated in his contract year. I also think they need to officially move on from Lawrence. If that happens then sure get another edge guy. Please Lord let them build the interior though.

This is one guy I always end up drafting in the second in my mocks. I think on draft day he'll go between our first and second picks and we won't have a shot at him.

I think our DL is the weakest position group on the entire team and needs to addressed in the first two rounds, and again later in the draft.

Im not even opposed to someone like this as a DPR and you just hope he gets bigger and stronger against the run.

Fowler was a very underrated player bc he brought some juice in 3rd downs. Need a young version of that.
