Yep, his agent will advise that Jerry's desperate especially with the uncertainty with Diggs (and will probably overpay). Hit FA and we'll take the best offer back to Jerry and get him to up it.

He’ll turn 30 before opening day, he’s under sized, getting noticeably slow and has had past injury issues. They’ll take the same approach as last year. Let other teams set the market and resign after the initial flood of stupid money in burnt. If no one signs him then good on another one year contract. If someone wants to overpay with a multi year deal then the dead cap is their problem and we move on!

I think this is another message, like Micah's, to Jerry that the players want him to do something aggressive in the off-season and not sit back and watch other teams add key players to improve their rosters.
