Unless you can clone Mahomes. Then no, there isn't a better option this season.
At least you correct it unlike some that will continue to defend mistakes. We all make mistakes at times so, much respect from me.Yeah, my head wasn't right. Glad someone bothered to check that. I was digesting something I shouldn't have read while drinking. He went 10-6 in 2015 which brings his total to 53-29-1.
Andy Dalton
2011 9-7
2012 10-6
2013 11-5
2014 10-5-1
2015 10-6
Thanks! I'm always happy when my numbers are rechecked, and glad to clarify any mistakes!
Very well said! The defense and Special Teams both instantly improved the moment their coaches were replaced.
As for Dak, he should accept $2 million per year more than Wentz received
and be happy he's the QB of America's Team.
That really depends on your opinion of Dak. Again, there are lots of better options out there. No explaining if you can’t see it on the field. If there really was lots of better options out there then every team would have a good QB
I'm just glad you decided to use punctuation in your posts! But Tom Brady though. America's Team plus America's Quarterback. Can't pass that up.
Lots? That really depends on your opinion of Dak. Again, there are lots of better options out there. No explaining if you can’t see it on the field.
To each his own. Dak’s problems can’t be fixed. No team can afford to put the talent needed around Dak to go to the big dance.Lots?
Interesting.
I don't believe you.
He's worse than Garroplo (sic)? To each his own. Dak’s problems can’t be fixed. No team can afford to put the talent needed around Dak to go to the big dance.
Dak is Jamis Winston without the picks. How many SBs do you think Winston will appear in?He's worse than Garroplo (sic)?
You didn't answer the question.Dak is Jamis Winston without the picks. How many SBs do you think Winston will appear in?
Then why do so many teams have bad QB’s if there are so many good ones out thereThat really depends on your opinion of Dak. Again, there are lots of better options out there. No explaining if you can’t see it on the field.
Dak is Jamis Winston without the picks. How many SBs do you think Winston will appear in?
Oh look another clever reply by the Dak troll, thanks for keeping the laughs coming.According to you, an internet troll and no the experts. Keeping it real.
IMO there are a lot more QBs out there better than Dak. I’ve watched him play for a lot longer than most if not all on this board. He’s just not very good. There are certainly a lot of QBs in college with a bigger upside than Dak. We don’t know because JJ doesn’t address the position. We haven’t had a legit QB since Aikman. Dak’s never had any competition in camp. From all I’ve read, he can’t hit a bull in the butt with a bass fiddle in practice. Garrett and Carr beat him in an accuracy competition. If you like avg. to below avg....Dak’s your man. Then why do so many teams have bad QB’s if there are so many good ones out there
Garroppalo has qualities that make him a better QB than Dak. What did he win? 2nd is the last loser. You didn't answer the question.
You still didn't answer the question.Garroppalo has qualities that make him a better QB than Dak. What did he win? 2nd is the last loser.
Is Dak a 35-40 Million QB or a 20-25 QB? That is the question and it seems everyone has varying opinions. I think at 8-8 with all the weapons afforded him and a decent D when the O wasn't 3 and out most of the first half would say he is replaceable for the 20 million dollar range QB's that will be available. That isn't hate or eyeball test or stats, it 's what he produced a 8-8 record and that is all that counts, a deal at $20-25 with incentives is OK, paying Dak elite money for possibly 5 years of good to mediocre play shouldn't happen even though that looks like what will happen, to me it will be another stupid Jerry move, he never learns from his past mistakes. I know "it not how it works" but Dak isn't a top QB and it's OK if he walks and it's OK if he stays at the right price.Yet you didn’t mention the weaknesses that are no longer weaknesses. And you also didn’t mention the strengths.
A bunch of those weaknesses you mentioned aren’t weaknesses anymore. And the ones that are, have been improved even if they still require more improvement.
For example, the scouting report weakness discussed issues with his deep ball. Meanwhile Dak has been one of the best deep ball passers in the NFL the last couple seasons.
perhaps when you do the eyeball test you should focus on the entirety of what you’re looking at.
that’s my point.
But again, you don’t. You just post the weaknesses and don’t mention the strengths or the improvements or the good qualities that make Dak valuable.
Then there’s the fact that just about every player in the NFL has some weaknesses. There are very few players with no weaknesses. So again, just listing weaknesses from 4 years ago without discussing the improvements or how those weaknesses balance with strengths Is just BS.
I'm just glad you decided to use punctuation in your posts!
