As long as we don't do anything stupid in allowing our free agents signed to negate or outnumber our free agents lost, next year's draft should have us enjoying a few decent comp picks.

Hopefully next year's draft class is a good one and hopefully it is deep at some positions we need.

Patriots are the only team to figure it out. Guys like this that aren't worth it that are going to reset the market, you trade them a year before they become a FA and get a draft pick. You have to build through the draft nowadays. Letting a guy like Jones walk when you probably could have gotten a 3rd or 2nd round pick a year ago hurts the team.

I think its the opposite, I think Kris Richard was a huge part of Byron's play. I can easily see his play dropping off and its already a lock that he won't justify being the highest paid CB. Tons of money, warm weather and Cuban girls are great, but purely on performance he is in trouble.

Best case scenerio if that's where Byron lands for everyone.

1) We didnt overpay for a non-elite corner.

2) For those that were worried about him becoming elite and all of a sudden getting tons of Ints, he'll be far from the division and conference.
