shoot we were so good last year too

remember that time the pass rush completely corralled Mitch trubisky and we went on to beat the bears?? Good times

Was that the same game Dak piled on the "big money contract" stats at the end to make it respectable? Yeah, that was an instant classic for sure.

The salary cap is 200 Million yet we act like its is half of that.
Jerry is notoriously a cheap owner who owns a cash cow. I have said it till I am blue in the face. We are run like a mom and pop shop and unable to compete in the modern NFL. Period, full stop end of discussion.
We have not sniffed a championship game since 1996.... 1996.. Ponder that one for a minute.
This is not in response to the Quinn deal, this is just the facts. Jerry does not like to spend money.

That's all these a-hole players are serious about......trying to make as much money as possible no matter with which team. There is no more team loyalty anymore.

I knew it was a joke when writers were saying the past several weeks how Cobb, Quinn and several other Cowboys free agents were serious about wanting to stay in Dallas. YEAH RIGHT!!!

So Byron and Quinn gone. I thought WR might still be high but we should just go all in drafting D and hoping some guys pop/

OUCH..can we please stop the bleeding. We are down Jones , Cobb and Quinn now and Dallas was 8@8 with them. Just to replace them will be a small task with this FO. Sheesh!!:angry:
It will be okay cause another year with Dak and a 40mill contract and a new coach will resolve all the issues the Boys had last year. Playoffs here we come and not just cause they added additional teams to go from the new CBA!

Well that sucks. Back to Lawrence being the only guy getting attention on the DL again. Will this ever end?

Was hoping they wouldn't resign him, to one dimensional for that price

Crawford is most likely a cap casualty and both Byron and Quinn are gone so I would like to see how this plays out

They should be able to get one immediate starter on defense in the draft but they'll surely have to sign at least 2 starters via free agency

I wouldn't mind signing 2 DTs like Shelton/Phillips and then 1st rounder on safety. Wouldn't be a bad start

Yeah look for how much money they have spent over the past 5 years. It's bottom 10 in the league.

Even if I am wrong, what has the organization done to show you they want to win? Go for it now. Win now, Dont keep kicking the can down the road.
