How does this effect our cap, hate to see such a great young class guy like Fredericks leave us, but now that he is where do we stand with cap dollars? does it free up any money to sign more help?

I'd take him to court and sue him for every dime I could get! He has done us like Ratliff did!!!!!! Stolen millions from our cap !! And team!!!!!! Now he can go hang out with Ratliff and the two of them can laugh about how much they stole from Jerry, Crawford belongs there too, as well as a few others.

Do away with these cap hits and teams would be more willing to get players guaranteed money. Sounds like a no brainers for both sides.

Owners will never agree to remove the cap. It’s their way of limiting how much players can make.

I just can’t agree with this take. The Beard has some really unusual circumstances.

We don’t even know if the new coaching staff didn’t nudge him a little.

He has been a great Cowboy. I’m not gonna have angst toward him bc he drew a short straw health wise.

There is no guaranteed money left in his contract. He's walking away from his $7 million salary this year. And the 11 million dead money is due to two restructures.
They may be able to lessen the dead money if he is retired after June 1st.
