Maybe you have been a Cowboys fan longer than I have, I don’t know but what I do know is I am 55 yrs old and I have been a Cowboys fan since I was a year old. My first jersey was Bob Jersey. Unless you are older than me and been a fan before I was born then yes you have been a fan longer.

It's the same thing that drives me crazy about Mike Francesca at WFAN. Well I am not fake I am a real person. In my family everyone is a Cowboys fan. So as I said I have been a fan since I was a year old. The Cowboys came into existence in 1960 correct me if I’m wrong. Oh yeah I have been a fan for 54yrs now and counting. Don’t hate just continue to be a fan and you too will be able to say you’ve been a fan for 50 or more years , don’t be an idiot because you disagree with me about Mickey. 59 very much been following them closely most of my life not missing anything BUT looking at Twitter posts lots of people are glad hes gone.
I'm one of them. Hes a super nice guy but when you look through rose-colored glasses all the time you really can't relate to the fans and tell
them what is really going on such as Garrett is great, things will get better, on and on and on instead of saying things are not getting better
the Cowboys may need to start looking at their Coaching staff rather than it's alway's good. Truthfully I would say a much higher percentage
is glad hes moving on it's past time.

Great , I have never missed a game as I said to another poster that called me a liar, I am 55, born in 1964. Cowboys game was always on in my house, and all my relatives , so like you I have never missed a game , people will tell you when they are playing I am not doing anything but watching the game win , lose or draw. I never miss a game.
Anyway, I agree with Mickey, people blamed Garrett, now here’s where Mickey and I differ, I blamed Jerry, I had been telling people for years that Jerry was to blame for this drought. He would not let Garrett do the job of the HC, that was confirmed after he was not resigned. Jerry has hamstrung every coach since Jimmy left even fat parcels whom I dislike. Oh wait , Campos and Switzer he didn’t they were inadequate, Switzer because he had been out of coaching for so long and Campos wouldn’t make a good high school coach. But Garrett is a very good coach and Jerry stuck him with a lame coaching staff and very little control to do anything but press conferences. Things would have gotten better if Jerry was not in the middle of things
