For those of you that are really hoping this young man ends up in big D, how does this news make you feel about him? Would you still roll the dice at #17 if he’s there?

Man oh man - if he's there at 17, it would be tempting as heck. If you get a great 3-4 years and average 1-2 years - might be worth it. What you just don't want to do is extend him and then the wheels fall off.

I'd have to know more than a Twitter blurb from BB. It would all depend on what my medical staff told me. I'll consult with them and get back with you. Doctor, doctor, doctor.

I just watched a G-Bag update that said medicals weren't the only concern with him. A lot of teams aren't real impressed with his pass rush moves.

No chance in hell I take him if there are any questions about his long term health. We're already seeing a possible shitshow with LVE. And DT isn't even one of the top needs for this team or one of the most valued positions in the league. That would be a bad pick from every single angle.

Pass rusher and corner and both much more valued positions in the NFL and much bigger needs for the Dallas Cowboys.

I dont understand why so many Cowboy fans are obsessed with DT. It's like some kind of rebound effect from Marinelli being gone. They want to go from underinvesting at the position to massively overinvesting.

This is not good, if he falls past our pick, we could be shutout on all our 1st rd graded players.

Hard pass. We can not afford to miss on another high round DL

Right, I get that. My question is, why does an ex scout(iirc) get to break some otherworldly news to a few Dallas Cowboys radio hosts..yet no other national media source has said anything..at all?

No NFL.com, ESPN, etc..

Is Broaddus some kind of God now? I just find it very hard to believe that he, of all people, gets to be the first.

Yeah that's a pass from me. If this is true this actually sucks because that takes a player out of the top 16 which means someone moves into that bunch that probably wouldn't have otherwise.

My chaisson dreams are all but over now,i doubt we trade up for him.

I just read an article that he has tendonitis and it flared up at the Senior Bowl, word now is he's fine and expected to go top 10.
If he somehow slid to Dallas they would be very very lucky.

Many people on here (not that its confirmed by any means) suggested kinlaw would be the one that would fall..it was always the logical choice
