TB looking to trade OJ Howard

Another user sees a player on the trading block and say gee should the Cowboys be interested? While not actually seeing what that player has done. A former 1srt round pick that to date has NOT started all 16 games in any season? Not a good sign. Had exactly ONE TD last season and he matched that with losing a fumble. Also not a good sign. Please leave the scouting to those that are paid to do it.

I had him on my fantasy league team too before benching him and Winston would throw to everyone but him, even the other TE. After the 3rd game I had enough and benched him. He and Winston must have had some kind of beef or something.

Jarwin is a leftover from the TE by Committee concept.

He is not a blocker and he tips the play when he enters the ga!me.

So if all that sounds like what you want..?

Fine.

Howard is a 3 down player and does not have to be subbed for on 3rd down.

Give it some thought.

I've always liked Howard but you have to be concerned that a team that just acquired Tom Brady, a QB who has had serious success with athletic TE's (Gronk & Aaron Hernandez) who create match-up problems, is willing to move on from him.

Another guy with one year left on his rookie deal who will want paid.

How many of these guys do people expect to acquire?

Maybe you get him for a later round pick, he has a successful year and you let him walk and get a higher comp pick for him than you gave up to get him? IDK.

What about Dexter Coakley? We can always trade Dexter Coakley for a 3rd round pick.
