Just curious, for the “Don’t pay Dak” crowd what’s your solution for QB. This year and for the immediate short term. Play Dak on tag? Dalton? Trade? If so who?
Dalton, he's not elite but he's much better than Dak.
Now rescind the Tag and pick up Griffin DE and whatever stud defensive Fa is still out there.
Dalton will be good for at least 2-3 years and in that time span develop our rook QB or move up in the draft and get a QB.
Paying Dak 30 million Tag cash is a total waste of Cap funds!

Dalton is better from accuracy to pocket presence to leading the WR and can throw all types of passes, unlike Dak.Ok, I'll bite. In which areas, and in what ways, is Dalton so much better than Dak? Asking for a friend. Also, you want to spend the money on a Defensive rental or two, who haven't been picked up by any other team yet because they are wanting too much, then give up draft capital to try and find a QB? All while Dalton steers the ship for 2-3 years? Wow... What a plan.
We've seen four years of Dak Presscott. Good QBs don't win Super Bowls without elite defenses. Why it’s Trevor Lawrence of course. Him
or anyone else.
The Dak haters are delusional. Finding a good QB is very, very difficult.

Sometimes you just have to roll the dice and hope you roll a 7.
