Probably top 10...?
He's definitely top 3.

Maybe............. depends on how you view Martin and Yanda.

To me, the clear best OG in football right now is Nelson. That guy is a total freak of nature, great feet, strength, etc. He freaking kills people out there. And if you think Martin is better than it's a fight for 3rd with Yanda and Brooks. I'd give the nod to Brooks but I can't quibble if someone thinks Yanda is better. But Top 4-5 for sure.

Ouch, tearing the Achilles in the offseason. Tough loss early on. I guess the only positive is there's more time to adjust to this loss.

Dude is already down 60 pounds too. Looks great.

That's an amazing aspect of what these offensive linemen put their bodies through. Some are naturally huge guys, but many aren't and they're putting their bodies through quite a lot to maintain as much , mass, strength, and bulk as they can during their playing days. And as soon as they're done with the grind, their bodies change accordingly.

He's out for the 2020 season. That's a huge blow for them as he was arguably their best OL.

He tore his other Achilles the previous season.
Feel bad for the person.
Feel great about the organization it happened to .

I will never ever forgive or forget the conduct of the fans of that classless organization when this happened..................

Wow...……...they continue to have terrible luck with injuries.

We lost Frederick. AT least we have some young guys that give us a few options.

Absolutely their drafting is poor. They excel in coaching and their DLine. Their OLine was consistently ranked higher than ours in most of the last 5-6 years per PFF although we're splitting hairs with that one.

Their injury misfortunes are traceable (theoretically) to two factors:

#1. Their poor recent draft record and acquisition of talent is not replacing their first line guys who are getting older. Older guys get hurt more.

#2. Lurie and Howie sold out to the dark side for that one SB and are now reaping their "reward".

This is a tough loss for the Eagles. Brooks is a hoss of a player. Both of their third day draftees this year, Jack Driscoll and Prince Tega Wanogho (teammates at Auburn) have the ability to play inside, and could get looks at this spot. After losing Jason Peters and Halapoulivaati Vaitai this offseason, they will need one of the young guys to step up.

How do you tear your acl in quaratine and non team organized activities?

Even though these kind of freak injuries happen off-field , I think without proper off season and OTAs there would be higher probability for NFL players to get injured in this year. These dudes are massive and some of the training is hard and all it takes is one wrong balance ...

Big loss. Pryor did solid filling in last year. I’d consider signing Peters and trying the move to guard or looking at Pryor and the young guy Auburn guys they drafted.

I was there that day. Promised my girlfriend an authentic cheesesteak after the game. Was so disgusted that we got McDonalds on I-95 an hour outside of Philly instead. To this day, she’s never had one.
