Right now I definitely put Pederson in front and McVay.

Will have to wait and see on the rest. Harbough by the way is #2 or #3 in my book.

Unfortunately, he has to be dinged for how he flamed out in GB with an elite QB. Now if he's learned some lessons from what went wrong, that's good. But he won a SB a long time ago and he didn't finish his run in GB on a high note despite having Rodgers. He has a lot to prove IMO.

Note, that doesn't mean I don't think he's an improvement over Garrett. He clearly is an upgrade.

He would have been top 10-12 before sitting out last year. Now you add that year in the basement playing mad scientist to the mix and he is the solid 6-7 range.

The way he has improved the Cowboys roster so far this year is remarkable.

All I know is McCarthy is an improvement over what we’ve had the last decade. Where that ranks, I do not yet know.

McCarthy is quite clearly a top 10 HC, with a clearly top 10 resume.

Of course. I just copied OP, but should have caught that. He’s a good coach, too, but both he and Cowher were overrated. LeBeau was the man there for those Superbowls. Him and the AFC refs.
