I heard his dad had to move to his area to help keep him under control. Was a big time party animal in college. Not judging him if I was him I would be partying also and may do some of the same stuff if I was in my 20’s and handed millions.

I’d be curious to know if zeke ever offered to pay for the medical bills or if his little hold out didn’t give him enough to afford them. If he offered, I would still think he’s dumb (always will) but would be more apt to side a little with him as far as a lawsuit goes.

We reached out to the Frisco Police Dept. over the allegations ... and a spokesperson said animal services did respond to an incident at Elliott's home on March 11, but the spokesperson says no criminal charges were filed.

So Zeke’s attorney has actually commented on the situation. He said The facts are not public year but Zeke was in no way negligent. Of course that would be their stance but they also could be right.

Because no one knows the facts. The dogs live there and have every right to be in their backyard. If some service person shows up and let’s themselves into the backyard without alerting anyone, I’d say it’s on them and the dogs were doing exactly what they are supposed to do. It seems many people want to just assume Zeke let vicious attack dogs out knowing the pool service person was there. I doubt that is what happened. They certainly could have accidentally got out and that would be on Zeke but as I explained in the other thread, I have a pool and the service people are notorious for not being on time or not coming at all and then showing up two days later. They also very often let themselves into the yard unannounced because most people with pools have jobs so no one is home when they come. If this lady went into the backyard unannounced and got bit, then that’s on her. Zeke has every right to have protective dogs and they have every right to be in their fenced yard. If no one knew she was there, then how can they be responsible or negligent?

This very well could be the case but we’re speculating like we do with everything on this site and given zeke’s previous history it’s fair to think he’s an idiot and MAY be liable.

Believe it or not, I’m actually 50/50 on this because of exactly what you said but until proven otherwise we’ll sit here and ponder. I’m sure it will all get swept under the rug either way, like everything else he’s done. One of these days though, it will catch up to him and I’ll laugh and laugh and laugh.
