It is not the end of story because you don’t know the facts. Suppose she came to service the pool at a different time or on a different day than she was supposed to and didn’t alert anyone. Suppose she just went in the yard without checking for dogs. There are numerous scenarios that could be what actually happened that would put her 100% at fault. If whoever was at home knew she was there and the dogs got out, then yes, it’s on Zeke but we don’t have the details yet so we don’t know that he is at fault for anything.
:clap:that's it right there. Our judicial system handles these simple cases easy...everyday!. But Zeke got smoke:thumbup:history so we collectivley hold our breathes

No they don't. I'm not saying what she will get. I'm saying what she should get and it surely isn't millions of dollars.

She'll get whatever a jury decides she gets or what they settle for. What business is it of yours beyond that? How much money do you stand to lose in the case?

It’s sad but true. The loser was being investigated for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (guilty or not) against a woman and he pulls up a womans shirt in public. Then after he was suspended for DV he knocks out a dj in a nightclub then he has to be restrained by fellow teammates from trying to fight a different DJ in Vegas, then he confronted a security guard and was placed in cuffs, then he gets COVID and preaches about player safety AFTER he was partying with Dak during the peak of stay at home orders and now this. This is only the stuff we know about.

He’s a punk and a loser, hopefully he eventually gets what’s coming to him, that’s the only way he MAY learn. Apparently a 6 game suspension wasn’t enough.

Then you have the people who constantly defend him no matter what because he plays for their favorite team. He could spit in their face ans they would say bless you.
I know the rap sheet. I also gave Zeke excuses after a couple of incidents then I realized....Zeke is not the first Superstar to walk these streets but he occasionally finds trouble more often than not. But we'll see.

What in the hell do you care? Why are you asking me this? I Told you she will get a lot of money. What are you arguing? What's your business of yours what my business is? She should be paid to compensate for her injuries. Period. Point. Blank.

Doesn't that low life pool cleaner know that Zeke is special and does not have to take responsibility for his actions. He is the star RB for the great Dallas Cowboys after all.

Why are people defending him on this? Did his dog attack someone? Yes...okay, why shouldn't he be held accountable?

Because no one knows the facts. The dogs live there and have every right to be in their backyard. If some service person shows up and let’s themselves into the backyard without alerting anyone, I’d say it’s on them and the dogs were doing exactly what they are supposed to do. It seems many people want to just assume Zeke let vicious attack dogs out knowing the pool service person was there. I doubt that is what happened. They certainly could have accidentally got out and that would be on Zeke but as I explained in the other thread, I have a pool and the service people are notorious for not being on time or not coming at all and then showing up two days later. They also very often let themselves into the yard unannounced because most people with pools have jobs so no one is home when they come. If this lady went into the backyard unannounced and got bit, then that’s on her. Zeke has every right to have protective dogs and they have every right to be in their fenced yard. If no one knew she was there, then how can they be responsible or negligent?

Wait....so she got bit in Zeke's backyard?

She does strength training in the morning. In between sets she will run down the road to increase heart rate and then walk back while the heart rate decreases. Do another set, rinse/repeat.

Dog was on the loose in the street and my wife tried to lure the dog over to get it out of the street. Dog ran over to her and bit her on the hand.

It only required about 5 stitches but the swelling didn’t go down and a couple of weeks later she had to see a hand specialist. After an MRI they determined she had nerve damage and she had months of physical therapy.

She didn’t need surgery but at that point it wouldn’t have cost us much more out of pocket money. She was near her out of pocket maximum already, which was close to $3500.
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like something my wife would do. We got our rescue dog because my wife found ours chancing trucks in the middle of the road.

There was a old lady trying to get him, so my wife went to help her..

Pulls over and jumps out the door, high heels and all and leaves the car running and her door open and purse sitting in the car with her gun in it.

Got him over by a fence and stuck her hand out and could have gotten bitten but he smelled money and comfort. Lol.

He had a collar so she grabbed him and asked the old lady if it was hers and she said no. He jumped straight in the car with her.

I get a call and she told me about it. We took him to vet and not chipped, a collar and no tag. We took him around the nearby neighborhoods and no one knew him. Put up a flyer at the pet smart. Put him on the lost pet page. Dog is less than a year old, half mini pincher and half Jack Russell.

Got home and that night the dog is on his back crashed out. 3 days go by and no response and wife grew very attached very fast. I asked he if we found the owner if she would want to give him back and she just looked at me. I said take him off the lost pet page and take the flyer down.

Best dog ever. Fast forward 6 months later and my wife gets in a car wreck and has had multiple neck surgeries and no relief so she has been forced into retirement. That dog has ended up saving her. Strange how thinks work out.

Don’t know why I told you that whole story but o well. Sorry.

Hmmmm .......not sure how to read this it appears he's saying she got nothing. Either way....interesting.

She gets mauled by his Dogs and then insults her. LOL

As if that fool has earned a dime in his life? If Zeke busted his knee in HS or college and couldn't play what do we think he would be doing right about now?

Nobody needs to ask why Zeke has haters. Very very hard to root for this guy in any capacity.
