Or maybe the insurance company DID pay to cover everything but she and her lawyer are still coming after him because he has deep pockets. Wouldn't blame him for being pissed or his response if that's indeed the case. Of course, those with an ax to grind against him surely aren't ever going to consider that angle which is why you haven't seen it in this thread. Even "don't pay players anything" crew members are in here trying to pile on, lol.
Sooooo if your daughter got tore up and dragged around the selfish irresponsible childish idiot’s backyard you wouldn’t be lobbying for compensation for her huh?

His dogs, his house. He hired someone to come to his house and perform a service and they were attacked. Yes, he should be liable.

Yes, if they were there when they were supposed to be and whoever was home knew they were there. If she went in unannounced and failed to check for dogs, maybe not. Pool services are notorious for being late or not showing up on the scheduled date and just showing up a day or two later.

Probably wouldn't be in a "childish idiots" backyard to begin with.
Exactly...should have bought himself a robot to tend to the pool and he wouldn’t be in the headlines again.

“The plaintiff was unauthorized to be on the premises the day of the incident and either willfully disregarded and/or negligently ignored her employer’s policy which required Elliott to be notified in advance of any visits. We look forward to further establishing the plaintiff’s contributory negligence during the course of this matter.”

Getting worse is not something to be thankful for, but you do you.
Like I said its not worse for the voiceless. Things have been going great on that end. If things are going bad for you.....not sure what to tell you. Either keep quiet or find a better way to live life. Don't be another "Karen".

The voiceless is exactly who it is worse for. The voiceless is growing larger and larger. You appear to be part of the cause.
