I wonder what zeke did with the money he screwed his actual fans out of? Ya know, the few people that actually like him and waited 2 hours for him to show up late and then he announces that he wouldn’t sign anything unless they bought merchandise from his table. I guess all the money he made up until that point wasn’t enough to feed himself, let alone other people.

I only had to wait for an hour and a half. I'm a VIP!!!

Just don't understand talking down something that helps people.
Lots of bad people throughout history have helped people.

So if I go assault someone and drop a couple dollars in the kettle the next day I’m suddenly a good guy?

Pretty sure his donation is to help feed over 400K families NOT feed them.

Pablo Escobar was a cult hero. Drop a couple of bucks and I'll call you Pablo. Comprende?

Not my point, but carry on with your vendetta.

There are a lot of people I despise, but if they do something good that helps people: I will appreciate that.
I'm not calling that person a good person, I'm appreciative of a good deed that helps people.

Simple as that.

No, it really makes no sense. I would bet dollars to donuts that with those complaining about this it is more about how they feel about Zeke than the charitable act, and that if most players did the same thing there wouldn't be nearly the same negativity.

Good for you, seriously, I’m more vindictive to let a little good deed erase multiple bad ones.

Ezekiel Elliott uses his trademark "Feed Me" celebration on the field. Off the field, the Cowboys running back is feeding others. Elliott announced in May he was collaborating with CentreTX to release exclusive merchandise with 100 percent of proceeds going to the North Texas Food Bank. This week, Elliott announced the total donation is $85,000, [more]

I understand where you're coming from. I'd be pretty dense if I didn't by now.

We're all different people that feel different ways.
I've never come out and said Zeke is some great guy and absolved of all sins.

I just appreciate a good act and now there are more truly struggling families that are going to have meals in front of them than not from it.

1000%......at some point, you would think human decency would kick in. A lot of misery to carry around for someone you don't personally know.

And what’s your point? just because he did this doesn’t negate all the crappy things he’s done or make him a good person.

I’m happy he did something good, like most of society, but that doesn’t mean he’s still not a selfish dbag diva punk bully.

Eh...at least I’ve never attacked someone because I didn’t like them, unlike zeke. It’s also not any misery, I find it very therapeutic and satisfying, I’ve never liked bullies and divas.

It's not about a good deed erasing a bad one. There is no obligation to like Zeke after doing something good. But not liking Zeke doesn't somehow make a good deed a bad deed. If it helps people it helps people.
