I honestly don't see where that comes from. I don't see him leading anyone. He looks like he just goes with the flow to me, and it's not like I dislike the guy. I just don't understand what people see that makes him a leader.

Me neither. Just minding your business isn't a leader. "ball control" isn't a leader. Getting in someone's face.....might be. It doesn't have to be violent or demeaning. But then you have to perform like a leader...not just do a job.
Now....I don't think that is Dak hate at all. If someone can show me some actual examples "leading"....I will change my mind. And I of course root for him the whole way. He doesn't necessarily HAVE to be a "leader" for the team to succeed. But I call it what it is, or what it isn't too.

There were several games at the end of the years that I wanted the Cowboys to lose. The Eagles game last year was one of them.

Because it is in the best interest of the Cowboys to do so. That type of self mutilation has been proven to work as we see quite plainly what happened as a result.

Its clear you dont even know what leadership is. Thats not high standards, that's just not getting it. Dak's rookie year should have been flashing lights going off on the leadership thing. If you couldn't see it then, there isn't much to talk about.
