if it's not *all* players, then that bubble bursts the moment a player/coach/training staff member that doesn't participate walks onto the practice field with those that are participating.

less then transporting them ALL to Oxnard renting fields and facilities plus housing? im betting thats a yes

Yeah, I don’t trust a lot of those guys to stay in that “bubble” and I seriously doubt a lot of guys who have wives and children will participate. All it takes is one and the bubble pops.

I have all this money here and I want to Gets sick. When do you start training camp there’s no such thing as Home family anymore. When the season starts that’s when they start to mingle again. But if I have learned anything it’s life. Never say never. Change is inevitable. I think we all just do the best we can

Training camp is home away from home. Players usually don’t see their family until the season starts. So I can see them having a bubble. I’m not gonna go against something that might be positive

True but with the bone headed decisions some of these players make I just wouldn’t be surprised.

Either way, it’s good they’re at least trying but like you said, once the season starts is when it really matters because then they have to be responsible on their own and that’s a tall order for some of them, plus the guys with families could pick it up at home.

What about the coaches and staff who are much more vulnerable because of their ages.

I don't know how anyone can see any downside to this - I'm glad they are trying as best they can to ensure the season goes forward, given that there are plenty of variables that are still out of their control.

Excellent idea IMO........P-testing players can now quarantine in their hotel room rather than risking family exposure. Few other teams are doing the same thing.........just smart.

They usually all stay there the night before games and travel together. I’m assuming this isn’t a big deal to them. Everything is at their fingertips at the star. Let’s see how they do.

There’s plenty to do in that immediate area with all the restaurants, etc that are on the same property. So hopefully they stay in the bubble and they’re able to stay healthy with no outbreaks

Good deal. I think players need to do these things. Hope the hotel staff can keep it clean. You are having your room cleaned by people that could be bringing the virus in. Food you eat from the hotel could be prepared by people with the virus. Lol. No way to completely keep safe. JJ should have had a hotel built at the star.

They probably all eat meals at the facilities or most of their meals. As they are prepared for them at Tc in Oxnard as well.
So going out was at a minimum. And they may not go out at all now.
