And on top of that he sucks therefore he could never make a poor or tanking team better......He got so screwed. Drafted by a poor team and then traded to a tanking team.
There's bad luck then there's what happened to Rosen.

I could see Rosen going to the Pats. DAL would be good for his development n confidence. However, there's no room for Rosen with the Cowboys having a future franchise QB in DiNucci.
A few years ago Troy Aikman was on the matt mosley ed werder podcast and he said from all his studying Josh Rosen was the most prepared to play in the nfl and would be the best of the bunch from his draft.

Wow, good Dot connect. Bruce Arians is at the top of the list for QB whispering.Byron Leftwich is the bucs OC and he was there with Rosen in Arizona. Might be a fit there.
he's missing the main intangible, Leadership. All the good QB'S are able to inspire others to follow. He hasn't shown that. Now if we didn't have Dalton, I would say lets give him a crack. MM could probably help him some, but I think he is what he always will be.I studied Rosen during his draft.. seen some talent, but ultimately wasnt thrilled with his potential. Then he was traded to the Dolphins, which happens to be a good friend of mine’s team. He was stoked to have him, but I tried to temper his excitement.. now they’re releasing him. I’m not surprised.
The thing is.. Rosen has the arm talent, yet his personality has always been in question bc some thought he wasn’t very coachable. But that’s not even my biggest concern with him.. in short, Imo.. Rosen dosent have the balls to take the big hit. There’s a level of courage that’s needed to stand in the pocket and make the throw. My inexperienced analysis.. he hasn’t proven he can handle making big throws under pressure. Unfortunately, this will always be his shortcoming.
That said, I wish him all the luck...just not in Dallas.
Aikman also said accuracy couldn't be taught.A few years ago Troy Aikman was on the matt mosley ed werder podcast and he said from all his studying Josh Rosen was the most prepared to play in the nfl and would be the best of the bunch from his draft.
