I'm sure that is the goal, but I'm guessing they are at least a bit worried that Dinucci might not clear. He has looked very good, given the short offseason.
The Matt Moore scenario has to be at least a small fear.

It would be foolish of him not to join that team.

Other teams would have same issues Dallas does with him though in that he is a depth LB that can not play ST very well.
