McVey is running misdirection so the more we try and rush the more we get killed by misdirection screens

What I don't get is Dak is 15/18 (83%), 187 yards (12.47 ypc),1 TD and 0 turnovers in the first half, his team has the lead ......... but he sucks

I watched the Red Zone channel today for the first time in years. Saw glimpses of every game — and every QB.

Was stunned by the amount of bad passes I routinely saw. Throws behind their receivers, over the their heads, etc.

Dak has plenty to improve upon. But there is a faction of this fan base that holds him to an impossible standard of excellence — much the same way Romo was years ago.

History has shown week 1 results have very little correlation with overall season success. You’re only slightly more likely to make the playoffs if you win week one as opposed to losing. This will be especially true this year.

The real goal is to not start 0-2, which is where your chances of making the playoffs really start to drop.

It takes until about Oct until we can tell but thats about when I had us and them ranked before the season started.

Hes played Great

I have seen improvement in the velocity of the ball. Dak is throwing lasers and highly accurate although he did have a couple that were off.

22 pass plays to 10 run plays.

I would criticize lack of balance but considering the OL I am just not excited to see more runs at the expense of passes.

Where is the promised pass rush

I think Goff has had maybe 4 traditional pass drops all game. The rest have been quick dump-offs or screens. McVay hasn't allowed the pass rush to be a factor.
