Jalen Ramsey influenced that call. He knew he was beat so he tried to fool the refs. It worked.

100% FACTS. Ramsey selling it is what made them throw the flag.

Despite him arm barring Gallup the entire time. At worst should have been offsetting

Did they say anything about dak getting hit in the face the same way which resulted in an incompletions or the pi on ceedee? We can do this all day
Exactly! So stop crying about it, it happens to all teams every game and will continue to happen to all teams every game.

Stop making excuses, and move on.

Everyone on ESPN said it was a legit call (including dumb Kellerman), that Gallup initiated it and he could have prevented the flag by not extending his arm or putting it on his hip. Football 101, bush league mistake.

Good news is Gallup had him beat and Ramsey was the best he’ll face all season. He should torch most other defenses from here on out.

....in simple matter, if he doesn't put his arm out I doubt he makes the catch. Ramsey was on him.

It was a smart play by Ramsey. There was just enough contact to where he had a chance to sell an OPI. At that point in the play he wasnt in position to defend the pass

He had good position on Ramsey. He had just enough seperation before contact to make the play. Ramsey was just smart to sell the OPI. The contract wasnt enough to stagger Ramsey like he made it look. It was a veteran play by Ramsey

Yup! Gallup and Ramsey were hand-checking and out of the blue, Ramsey's entire torso looks like it's shot out of cannon backward. There is no way that Gallup has the hand strength to shove Ramsey's arm hard enough to make it do that. Ramsey got beaten on that play so he had only one choice. No doubt that he flopped. In the NBA you can get a technical for that.

What ticks me off is Corrente's defense of the call. It's clear that Ramsey exaggerated the contact and that Gallup did not extend his arm from Ramsey's body. For Corrente to claim that the call was blatant is wrong and only further hurts his credibility. He could have said that it looked blatant in realtime, but replay showed otherwise. This view would at least make sure that Ramsey is on notice that he might not get the benefit of the doubt in the future for his acting shennanigans.

I mean offsetting is still a win for the Rams there. It still meant that they needed about 40 yards in 18 seconds.
