What a garbage throw... Sat in the zone throws it away from his body at the right shoulder, where the DB is actually coming to Dalton... Mediocre QB...

Now it’s a back-up TEs fault for this fifth year Qb..

it wasn't just a lousy throw. it was a lousy decision. Pollard was open in the flat and would have had a one on one to get the first down..at worst its third and 1 and they can run the ball.

Yea, if we flipped QB’s Sunday nite the game isn’t close.

Goff puts up 35 with our offensive talent and Dak maybe 10 with theirs.

Caught you...…...Don't ever say you are a Dak fan again. With a dumb comment like that.

All Cowboy fans are rooting for Dak to be successful. That doesn’t mean we can critique.

I’m definitely not a slobberer though. You obviously haven’t followed me over the years or you’d already know that. Lol

thats why you use the tag that can open all eyes on his true worth and both sides then can come to the middles of the table and strike a more fair deal or you get some nice draft picks for him..its win win really..the DC should have done that this past offseason but i dont think they knew Dak would play this type of hardball negotiation..

Now they have another year to evaluate with MM and all the facts on how this next off season will go..
Agreed 100%

This is a fun one. This drive resulted in no points.

3rd and 7 2nd quarter 5:22 Jarwin is open for a TD. Dak throws it to a contested Lamb and it gets broken up. Why is he so conservative? He threw a terrible uncatchable ball to lamb and they got no points on the drive.
Jarwin beat the safety that was on him and had a walk in TD. Perfect pocket

At least you admit Romo wasnt GOD against winning teams like some here. His numbers look very similar to Daks last season with with the 8-8 record. Again proving that the QB isnt solely responsible for W/L. I loved Romo but some of the praise he gets on here is mind blowing. Romo's record against losing teams is 14-28 from 2009-2016. Thats not that great either. This whole winning teams thing is a horrible stat to bring up. Tom Brady without having BB and his genius defensive mind wouldnt have the record he does against winning teams either. Thats why they are winning teams. And i really dont want to hear about the "talent": Difference. Romo had talent around him a lot. Including on defense. (not the year youre talking about) But romo had Prime players who are HOF locks. Witten, Owens, Ware. He also had a decent O Line with Adams, Gurode, and Davis. So this no talent thing is a joke.

And i really dont care how "well" they played against those winning teams. According to everyone here all that matters is the W. Dak played incredible in that Minnesota game last year and we lost.
You misunderstood my post

Romo played WELL in those games. His rating in those games was the same as his rating against good teams (consistency)

Meanwhile Dak’s performance becomes significantly worse, which is troubling because those same teams need to be played in the playoffs if you want to win a Championship

I guess it's not a problem if he makes a good throw but it was a terrible throw.

he had lamb on a crosser earlier on a 3rd and 3 and chose to run with the ball and dive and get a first down. if he just throws it to lamb he has a ton of space to run. Its not like he didn't see him?

If it wasn’t pi on Gallup how different would all this nonsense be. We did it to Romo and now it’s Dakotas turn.
It’s amazing how quickly person forgot that these Dak threads are identical to the Romo threads for most of his career.

It wasn’t until Romo’s final couple of years that the criticism lessened and when he finally retired the same people that criticized him suddenly put him on a pedestal and enshrined him.

And there’s those of us who criticize both.

Dak played great in his last playoff performance. And won. I understand what you meant. But then again. Romo would come out consistently and poop the bed against bad teams. Which boggled my mind. lol

Correction.

Dak lost his last playoff game vs Rams in 2018 season. 30-22

I meant the game against Seattle. My bad. And if you blame Dak for that loss you're out to lunch. Zeke had 47 yards rushing and our defense gave up 200 yards on the ground. lol. But yeah. IT was Daks fault.

Those are few and far between and you don’t criticize the QB because you have objective opinions of both, you are just wanting to spin it to where Jerry has failed to get an elite QB.

Not according to some. If you don’t bash Dak it’s because you’re trying to make Romo look bad but if you do bash Dak it’s because you’re still trying to make Romo look better than he was.

It’s impossible to criticize both, it just can’t happen, completely illogical
