I’ve been watching Chubb all season because he’s on my fantasy team. He is a complete back and will be the best RB the Cowboys see this year. The Cleveland OL is also great at run blocking. The D will need to gird their loins to have a shot at stopping this offense. I honestly doubt they will and the Browns will control the game. Especially if Ward plays and keeps one of the WRs in check.

He was still there? I read here the Cowboys would lose him if they sent him down.
Bernards only got one direction on this depth chart, thats the direction he is heading, and thats why he was protected ..
Kid has some serious upside, he is a very good athlete.. lets just start there is all Im saying.
But I have been in his corner since he was signed, watch this kid and be a little patient,, we always give a player about 15 minutes before we try and run ya out of town.
I want to see Diggs and Bernard begin a transformation, a base dependency in the back seven.
When the LBs and DBs can start to settle down, and run assignments, and begin to play more disciplined, this defense will be better,, its more chaos than I believe its is lack of talented personal.

Exactly my fear. Hopefully not a replay of the Minnesota game last year when Stefanski fed his two RBs with 40 combined touches.

We need fast tacklers to the ball, and calling up Bernard might be just what this defense needs at LB, esp vs great running teams.
Lets let some of the young guns show what they got,, couldnt get much worse.

Can he play safety?
Interesting, because we have Joe Thomas and Jaylon healthy, and Bernard hasnt even shown up as LB depth from a few quick sources usually update, they are reliable and accurate during the active season.
So bring Bernard up could be just for depth purposes or he could be employed in a more hybrid scheme than we have seen to this point.
So when you ask if he can play safety thats not too far off base since we are running a...
MLB - Joe Thomas, Luke Gifford
WLB- Jaylon Smith, Rashard Smith
DPR - Aldon Smith, Dorance Armstrong
So the question will be answered in short order if we see Bernard showing up a few times in this game against the Browns.
Will be interesting to see what kind of pass rush skill he has from a hybrid 3-4 safety/DPR.
