In the end, it is about the 11 players on defense and their talent and if they playing their responsibilities.
Go ahead and fire him, it won't solve anything. He will just collect his guaranteed 5-yr contract and you will have to hire someone else who will likely get the same result. The players on defense except for a few plain stink.

Maybe, just maybe it is this piss-poor accumulation of players who either lack talent, are stupid or those who get new contracts on a flash in the pan type of season.

This defenses problems are far deeper than Nolan but I am not making excuses for him.....he might just be that bad.

Talent is a big factor. We are losing on the LOS on both sides of the ball. We lost players in FA and are injured. But our FO keeps ignoring the holes on defense. This is an accumulation of bad moves throughout the years. Thanks to Jerry.
