Cowboys need a "CEO" type of head coach like Parcells or Urban Meyer or John Harbaugh who is given ultimate authority over the entire team, and not just a defensive or offensive playcaller. Jerry wont let that happen. He wants to be the head of the team.

Wont happen this year, with limited camp, no preseason, and a bunch of injuries I think Big Mike gets a pass for 2020.
