For me, rock bottom was 3-13 under Landry, followed by 1-15 under Jimmy.
Next closest was when Romo was hurt and we ran out Weeden and Cassell, etc. and the offense was abysmal. This season is all about the defense and injuries.

If Dak and the OL were still in tack, we would have hope.
If the defense could occasionally present a formidable game, we would have hope.

At present, I have no hope....but we have ten more games to play. Like the 3-13 and 1-15 seasons, I will continue to watch and hope, if only to see someone’s testicles drop and find a reason or two to hope next season.

Naw, I am expecting a loss on Sunday. I am seeing just one more win during the season, potentially two......the home Wash game and the last week vs Giants. Cincy is a low maybe, so I see a max record of 5-11 but I suspect 4-12 is the final tally. It will be just high enough to get a defensive stud

Again, why would people be surprised if we lost? New coaching staff, new coaching scheme, new coaching standard, severe injuries to key players in key positions, un-inspired and un-motivated team, i can go on. I'm not going to be surprised if we lose, I am expecting it. With such a drastic change to our franchise this off-season, with the addition of the covid crisis...the players are still un-familiar and not comfortable with the coaches. I am truly appalled by how many fans in here expect positive results so quickly. They had stability for a very long time in Dallas. This is what happens when there is drastic change. This year is about familiarity and adapting to change. There are growing pains with it. Many of you asked for change, this is a normal result of change. Sport franchises go through it all the time. Sometimes you must endure pain to grow and learn. Chill, relax. Give MM sometime to adapt his strategy and blueprint into this franchise. Most of you should know that will not happen overnight.

That’s fine this adversity will make evaluating who stays beyond this season easy. Weave out all the quitters. Next year they’re going to come out strong with another great draft class.

Hope everyone is now realizing how good Dak is as a player and how important he is to this team. Lots of ungrateful comments towards him over the years. If Dak heals close to 100% as expected, he more than any player should be wearing the Star on his helmet for years to come.
