I'm not a salary cap guy but was listening to Sturm the other day and it's almost impossible for them to cut Zeke until after the 2021 season. The dead money hit is enormous.

People think Jaylon’s contract is bad, Zeke just restructured his. The one thing about Zeke about Zeke and Jaylon, they don’t get injured.

Here's what you obviously don't get. Elliott's contract will stop any team from wanting to trade for that even if the Cowboys were willing to trade him. You're just another one that thinks trade is the cure for everything and don't have the slightest idea of what's involved.

After next year you can cut him relatively cheap and Cooper too
