Not hindsight.

McC and Poe were/are both very old and McC especially has been injury ridden for the last couple. Neither was good last year. Worley has been in the league since 2016 and has always sucked.

There was no reason to think we'd made any major strides w/ these signings.

Stop w/ the hindsight accusations.

Many said it was great that Garrett was gone and with McCarthy a new era had begun starting with the change in free agency. The addressing of the DL was a major source of comments saying how Dallas had upgraded and would be better. That happened.

Now you're denying this ever happened.

So McClay and Stephen were okay with the signings originally, which means they're just as bad as Jerry.
Or they weren't okay with it, which means Jerry overrode them, and will do it again when it pleases him.

Doesn't give me much confidence anything has changed...

Jerry has the final say.

Now Jerry tells WillM and Stephen to clean up the mess.

I expect Nolan to leave after the Steelers loss.

Jaylon is MM's first litmus test for me. When someone of his status is benched/cut/traded, I'll praise the front office. If they continue to ignore the worst starter on the team, then all of this is just window dressing and they have no intention to address the deep-seeded culture problems here. I don't care how much he makes, Jaylon is a mess, address it head-on.

Yes, he needs to be benched, no matter what the optics might look like.

Defensive tackle Defensive tackle Dontari Poe and cornerback Daryl Worley were not at practice during the open portion to the media. Both players have been subject to trade rumors and face the possibility of being cut if they are not dealt. On Tuesday the Cowboys traded defensive end Everson Griffen to Detroit for a conditional draft pick.

It's clear that both were told not to show up for work today.

Take a look at that 2016 class now.

Big headed freak RB who lost his explosion after one year, damaged goods LB with no instincts or self awareness, role playing DT now in Oakland, Prescott and a depth corner.

Pffft.
And we'll probably be saying the exact same thing about the 2020 class in 3 years.

Trade for a bag of peanuts. That's all they're worth in football.

This most definitely is hindsight lol.

There's a reason you hate hindsight accusations so much, because it's a common theme.

MM isn't doing anything but try and coach the athletes Jed and Stevie give him.

This has been a horrible season, but JG woulda never released starting players mid-season. Kudos to MM. Never liked the Worley signing but I was wrong about Poe
Why are you giving kudos to MM?

You have to know he'll never be involved in cutting and/or trading players. That's the jonses' sand box.
