Gotta maintain that locker room culture. Vets that just got to Dallas will likely talk too much about how things were run at other organizations and compare and contrast in front of the homegrown guys...can't have that!!!

Funny thing is this board as a collective was gung-ho for most of those signings.

It just goes to show you how difficult it is to build a successful team not just for the short-haul, but for the long-haul too.
