That was easily LVEs best game since the Seattle playoff game.

He hasn’t been healthy since then and you can’t always rely on him to stay healthy. But hopefully he has a nice second half and gives another building block along with Diggs.

Knowing you have at least 3 guys that can play (DLaw, LVE, Diggs) is a better place to start going into the offseason than some thought 2 weeks ago after Arizona.

You’ll get 2-3 day 1 starters from draft. Find another Joe Thomas like value play in FA. Hopefully next year you get the number of above average starters to 7-8 instead of the 1-2 we thought a few weeks ago.

I know I’ll get flamed but I’d add Trysten Hill to that list. He was showing a lot of improvement and if you could get a solid 1DT next year he will improve even more.

I thought Jaylon had a decent game too.

Also Randy had a solid game. Great against the run.

And I agree......LVE was solid.

Except for the sack he did nothing. Donavon Wilson made a similar play earlier in the game. The over rating of LVE by some on this board is sickening.

With Hill, you actually have 4........but you right, if we can get 2-3 starters from the draft that would give us 7. Just me but I'm guessing they'll try to sign a mid-level FA safety. One that can still play at a high level AND give the secondary some needed leadership.

Hill is the lowest rated defensive tackle in the NFL but would be an improvement over Crawford and Woods.

Yea, reminded me of the LVE of old at times. That sack in the first half was beautiful.

I hope he can stay healthy just for the sake of his health and this defense. We really don't need another hole

He looked like himself..he's a game changer. Him and Dlaw played much better last night.

Jaylon is SO HARD TO WATCH. He's so easily blocked. Terrible instincts. So soft. Such a liability. When he makes a couple of plays, it seems like he had a "good game" but, in reality, it's like someone who burns an entire tray of cookies except for a couple which came out pretty well. Almost all the cookies are inedible regardless of the fact that a couple turned out well.

It was nice to see LVE look more like the guy we saw a couple of years ago. D-Law, Diggs, and Gregory (good for him!) played well, overall, IMO.

LVE was still pretty bad. Had one big sack and was mostly misjudging angles and blocks again. Guys who shined for me where Wilson, Gregory, D Law, Lewis and Diggs had some big plays but let some up too. He'll sure that up, guys a ball hawk.

Right. He had 2 total tackles for the game. The sack was great, but he did nothing for the rest of the game.

This team will be good. Give these coaches this season/time to see what they have & need to get rid of.

Crawford was and is terrible. I don’t understand why he is on the team.

I’d like it to see his play be consistent, as a 1st round picks play should be, and against a quality opponent. I love LVE and wish him the best but I’m not reading too much into his play against one of the worst teams in the league,
