Ben Roethlisberger: "that's a good team, might be best pass rush that got after us"

Got rid of some dead weight, got some injured players back, and have had two more months of learning the new defense since the season began. Nice to see some improvement.

Exactly....I'm guessing they'll keep getting better and better each week going forward. Keep in mind, many of these players are playing for new 2021 contracts.

I agree. I think getting rid of toxicity and making proper adjustments after they now have information on what the players can do in the new scheme. I've been negative on the scheme, but forcing 4 turnovers on the Eagles and IMO forced a turnover yesterday on a questionable flag is a good direction. I've been for tanking the season, but with our division is playoffs happen we're 0 and 0. Seahawks barely beat us.. Granted we had Dak, but at that time the defense was find their identity. Gilbert proved himself under intense pressure yesterday. Any given Sunday.

Want to make a game look better that they should have won by more than the 14 point, largest spread of the season? Inflate the opposition.

pass rush vastly improved when Gregory and Gallimore enter the game and saw vast more snaps.
Poe was utter useless, and we waited too long to get him off the field.

Gallimore should've never been game day inactive.
and Gregory was at the mercy of Goodell BS

For the record, we only allowed 46 yards rushing.........BUT, Devin Cook is up next after the bye week. That'll truly tell us where we're at as a rushing D.

i'm not impressed with James conner anyway, but to not be butchered as we have in past weeks, take anything good news like that.
we simply had to do sum-thang about that interior middle, with the likes of Poe though Crawford still too much a liability inside and still getting bounced around.

Remember, Poe was out most of the training camp. We should have known then that he was going to be dead wood. Gregory just needs to eliminate the dumb penalties. Jumping offsides and getting baited into 15 yards penalties.
