No BS except your lame reply, stats mean nothing and you don't mind the L's as long as your sweetheart puts up some meaningless stats in it. Why do you get so angry when someone says Dak isn't great, elite or a game changer. A average veteran back up just put up 31 points and got a win but you don't like it because it shows the lack of productivity in garbage time, nice spin try again. Sad like many you like to deflect and change the narrative, sad you can't see Dak as a good NFL QB but not a game changer and to come back to point as
@csirl said quite well:
"I think a lot of the Dak fans fail to see that people are not arguing that Dalton is a super elite QB.
What we saw yesterday was a QB who most people regard as a solid veteran backup, and who would not be regarded as a long term starter, put up 31 points and a 104 QB rating, playing behind a makeshift OL in an away game against a team with a better record than us. The stats are very similar to those we've seen Dak put up in many games over the past 2-3 years."

You just refuse to see it because of your adoration of Dak.
Hey, Jack, the difference was not Dalton. The difference was our Defense finally showing up to play. Wisen up and learn some football.

31 points

3 Td passes on the road

:dance::dance::dance:

True , he did well, but not perfect , It Also shows That give any Half decent QB a decent OL , time in the pocket some good receivers and a decent run game , they will put A decent game. Now if the defense can rise up to semi decent we will have a string of victories

I dont get into the dak vs dalton stuff, because dak is out for the season and irrelevant.

Dalton led them down the field before the half to get a field goal and almost a touchdown. He led them on the game winning drive and scored a touch down. He ran for a first on a long 3rd down. He converted on a 4th. He spread the ball around, and made some big throws.

Special teams played good, the defense made some big plays, and the cowboys had a 40+ running TD.

The difference was everyone, Dalton included

Almost a TD before the half? You mean the one where he totally missed noticing a wide open Schultz? 203 yards passing in 4 full quarters is him leading? Sounds more like simply managing while using the help of everyone else stepping up and contributing. Minnesota contributed as well with several dropped what should have been interceptions. Yes, that Andy, he led the team to victory with such impressive leading stats.

Dalton doesn't wear a watch, he decides what time it is.

If the vikings would have scored on that last drive, would you say that Cousins led the team to victory?

Cousins went 22/30 314yards and 3 td's

Cousins had really good stats, and played a near perfect game. They were balanced with the run and pass.

But the vikings lost. Because when the time came to win the game, Dalton was the qb that scored

Cousins wasn't overthrowing/underthrowing or throwing behind his receivers. Cousins wasn't throwing interceptions. Cousins wasn't failing to notice wide open receivers.

All true. Hendrix made a really good play, regardless of andy staring down the receiver.

But once again. Who led the TD drive that won the game. They both had a shot at it

No, it would have been a team effort. Thinking the way you describe would be like blaming Dalton for the loss had they not scored at the end, because he threw an INT earlier.

It was 100 percent a team win.

No on says, the team led the team to victory though. That is a reference to the qb or coach

When it comes down to a game winning drive, the qb gets the credit for the win or loss

My point being, dalton led the team on the game winning drive, cousins failed to lead the team on the game winning drive

Andy did ok and got away with it this time. If you look up his performance last year in Cincy, he cost them a lot of games because of boneheaded decisions, mistakes and turnovers. He's shown that part of him at times. It's always a gamble. Hope he keeps improving.

I wouldn't suggest Dalton lead them to victory because he threw a TD pass Ray Charles could have made.

Touched a Dak nerve, 28 points is some defensive showing, That W bothers you so much that now you are giving props to the D (one of your main fall backs for Dak excuses) give it up you look like a real idiot once again.

I am not hyping andy, or claiming he is this or that.

I don't do the dak comparison stuff, because dak is irrelevant.

I am not comparing his play to previous years.

The season starts now. Dalton can throw the ball. The cowboys are loaded at the skill posistions, and can win the East.

If people can get out of the mindset of what could have been or what will be in future years, this injury riddled season, is turning into something fun to watch

I really enjoyed that game yesterday. I like 40+yard td runs
