I see no reason to bring him back this season unless 1) he is fully healthy and 2) the Cowboys somehow win a few games and have a chance at the playoffs.
Even then, I would not bring him back personally.
He is way too important to the future of the team to risk a more serious injury playing a position he will not be playing after this year.
If he can play, play him! I don't get this line of thinking......I get it, save him for next year...wah, wah, wah! If he can walk, play him and let him earn his money.I see no reason to bring him back this season unless 1) he is fully healthy and 2) the Cowboys somehow win a few games and have a chance at the playoffs.

I still don't know what's actually wrong yet.

The whole offense falls apart without him at this point. In particular Zeke and the run game.
Coaches most definitely DO!!! The FO doesn't.The coaches don't subscribe to that line of thinking anyways. They are trying to keep their jobs, not necessarily worried about the future right now.
I have visions of faraway harbors that show realities I wish would come true, but I really have to come back home. You want him back? You in a hurry, govnor?
Why?
You harbor visions of a playoff run? Do you?
How sweet.

For me, it's not about tanking or giving up. I played sports most of my life and I fully believe you should play to win, period. If he can play, play him! I don't get this line of thinking......I get it, save him for next year...wah, wah, wah! If he can walk, play him and let him earn his money.
Coaches have very little say in these type of situations. Medical staff, Personnel executives, and Owner (if the caliber of the player merits the Owner's focus). The coaches don't subscribe to that line of thinking anyways.
Yeah, but you have some basic human traits...unlike these business minded individuals.Coaches most definitely DO!!! The FO doesn't.
May have misunderstood your post. Yes! Any HC would play himYou dont think MM would trot him out the moment he was given the green light?
Piss ant coaches don't have any say.Coaches have very little say in these type of situations. Medical staff, Personnel executives, and Owner (if the caliber of the player merits the Owner's focus).
Coaches have even less say on these matters in Dallas.

I'm assuming you're saying there are differences between coaches even though they may have the exact same title? ...or are you saying all coaches are piss ants in the hierarchy?Piss ant coaches don't have any say.
