I bet they pay him if their current GM who drafted him comes back next year and if they do I’ll laugh and laugh and laugh if it’s anywhere’s close to what Jerrah paid zeke. Fun to watch but no RB is worth that big of a contract with the exception of CMC but even that is looking bad due to his injuries.

On the other hand, I guess if it’s something more in line with Henry’s contract then it would be worth it and with Barkley’s injury history that may be exactly what happens.

100% no way you pay the guy. But Garrett the moron is leading the offense so you never know. Garrett will probably push to sign him for 18 million per year and run him up the middle every time.

Not only will they pay him but they will pay him well too. Might be a incentive based deal or whatever they have to do to get it done but they will pay him. Running backs aren't going to stop getting paid just because of Leveon, Gurley and Zeke.....

While I agree.....they have nothing on offense and he does offer a lot to that team. This is why I don't draft a RB high because I'm not going to let him walk after 4 or 5 years if he's good. I invested a top 5 pick in him. I always say the mistake isn't paying them the mistake is drafting them that high to begin with.
