No matter what this board is always looking for opposition to argue with SMH. You play them both, it's not a difficult concept...there have been too many thunder n lighting duos in the NFL for y'all to just want one guy.
The RB agenda drivel is some of the most nonsensical spew on these boards.

Not upset, it is a down year for the entire team. And he is NOT easily replaceable, not with Pollard.
What gets me is the constant hate fans have toward the best player on the team. Though CeeDee is moving up that list.

Zeke is nowhere near the best player on the team any more. 4 Years ago maybe. Not now.

Zeke barely performs at a practice squad player level. I know the team stinks but he is light years away from being the best player. I would have agreed with that as a rookie but those days are long gone.

Here's the real reality. Zeke is overrated, washed up, days are numbered. Pollard just completely exposed your hero for what he REALLY is. This is clearly the beginning of the end for your hero. Even a Zeke cry baby like you can see that Pollard is the much more effective back.
LOL! Outside of one fluke play that was piss poor tackling by a defense that’s missing 3 of 4 DL starters from last year he was 11 for 29 rushing. You’re way too old to still be eating crayons!

In the running game, Pollard was largely ineffective. And I like Pollard!!!!

Well, let's look at the stats. Here is Zeke before and after Dak got hurt:

Before Dak got hurt (5 games)

89 Carries 364 Yards 4.09 YPC 5 TD's 3 Fumbles

After Dak got hurt (8 games)

122 Carries 468 Yards 3.84 YPC 0 TD's 3 Fumbles

So basically since Dak was injured Zeke has averaged .25 Yards a Carry less than he was with Dak......not exactly a statistical argument that losing Dak has hurt Zeke in terms of his YPC performance.

That said, let's look at Tony Pollard's stats pre and post Dak injury for a comparison:

Before Dak got hurt

13 Carries 62 Yards 4.77 YPC 1 TD 0 Fumbles

After Dak got hurt

74 Carries 346 Yards 4.68 YPC 3 TD's 0 Fumbles

So for Pollard his YPC average went down only .09 yards when Dak got hurt.

Perhaps the issue in terms of running back performance isn't about Dak getting hurt but rather the simple fact that Zeke just isn't performing as well as Pollard.
And the difference. Teams are still game planning to stop Zeke and are stacking the box so as to not let him beat them. Teams are focusing on playing coverage vs Pollard. A ******** cross eyed monkey could figure that out. 25 years later people are still duped by the Hambrick effect!

No one’s game planning for him anymore. The amount of stacked boxes he’s faced has consistently gone down since his rookie year and I believe it was last year that ~24 other RB’s in the league faced more stacked boxes than zeke.

Lol! Maybe you need to brush up on your delusional zeke facts.
Lol! Not according quotes from the upcoming teams defensive players every week!

You didn't see all the attention Pollard was getting in the run game yesterday?

The reality is Zeke is not going anywhere. Just put him on IR and get him healthy. I believe we can salvage him with the help of a healthy offensive line and smaller workload. Zeke is not one of the top backs in the league anymore. Just like the Rams with Gurley you cut him in the 2022 offseason. He just needs to stop fumbling the ball and dropping passes.

Complete BS.

You know they have numbers that actually track stacked box % and the numbers don’t remotely support your case.

Who cares about quotes? I’ll take what actually happens vs what a couple players say and every week is as extreme exaggeration.

People like you fail to realize that insulting people during any form of a debate is a sure signal that your position is based on emotions and not statistics but you keep doing you.

Seems Zeke has had many of those games.
Appreciate this. I had guy trying to take out 2 of Pollard touches last night, the 40 yd run and reception. I said if we do this we need to do with zeke too. I took out his 15 and 18 yd run vs Minn which was his only 100 yd game this year. I didnt feel like doing it for the whole season so thanks for doing the leg work. Lol

Pollard keeps having these fluke plays? How come Zeke never has a fluke play? :muttley:

Zeke apologists said Pollard doenst break tackles. He broke 3 on the way to that 40 yard TD.

Gig is up. Zeke has been exposed.

He didn’t break anything, two ran into each other and the other overshot his angle. If you want to live in an imaginary delusional land of unicorns spreading fairy dust sprinkles where Pollard is better than Zeke that’s your prerogative. Zeke is going to be here pumping out 1000 yard seasons at least to 2023, which will also be the last year Pollard plays and will be on some other team that made the mistake of signing him as a FA!

Use him up, spit him out. Sadly, Pollards early career is wasted. By the time they get rid of Zeke, Pollard may have a year here under contract?
That Zeke's fault or KMoore's innovative offense?
