4.33 is super doubtful, but Penn State has put out a bevy of testing freaks the last few years. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the next one.

Highly unlikely that he runs a 4.33 forty in pre-draft testing.

Go watch some college game footage of Bruce Irvin and then watch some of Oweh.

Irving ran a 4.5 forty at the combine but showed insane speed/quickness on the field.

And he’s more athlete than player
He’s likely to go much higher than he should
But he is quick, fast and could be developed into a very good player but he’s gonna go much higher than his play is worth, and while that’s great for him, the team that takes him needs to be very patient and let him learn to play the position

He's an absurd athlete, but the produciton hasn't been there. He's really still just learning the position. He had zero sacks this season and I find it hard to envision a GM or scout standing on the table to draft him in round 1 with that glaring blemish staring them in the face. IMO he would have been better off coming back for another year and trying to get to top 15 money.

That said, get him later in the 2nd or 3rd and hope he can develop - not a bad gamble.

2nd or 3rd is too early, but I don't mind a late-round flyer on him.

He could be really effective in a system that uses him basically as a blitzer where he doesn't have responsibilities other than going downhill. Ironically, a lot of what Jamal Adams does.

He's actually been good against the run this year. I'm not sure where the comparisons to Adams come into play. One is a raw DE that needs to learn how to rush the passer and aother is a box safety who really is best at rushing the passer and probably a borderline liability in coverage.

I'm saying that he should be schemed to get away from blocking and play in the backfield.

Safety, DE, LB...doesn't matter. They're best when they don't have real responsibilties and can just play downhill. I'm not comparing them as players, just how they can be used.
