Rookie head coach Kevin Stefanski won 11 games with the Browns and got them in the playoffs for the first time in 18 years. They were 6-10 last season.

Thank you!!!!! I was thinking the same thing but was too scared to post it. Instead I was sneaky and was posting anti MM rhetoric to throw people off.

For me what cemented his coach of the year status was the 4th and long call with the play being a double reverse option with Devin Smith to pass to who knows who. That call was brilliant. The brilliance was the simplicity. It reminded of the good old days with Emmitt Smith, when everyone knew we were running lead draw and no one could stop it. MM was like we're running double reverse option with our 5th receiver, Try and Stop It!!!!!

Big balls on that call. I still call all my Cowboys hating friends and I'm like "what's up! 4th and 10 from our 20. Double reverse option to throw. Try and and stop it losers!!!"
