I've seen some analysis that questions his ability in coverage.

PARSONS is a beast. Needs to work on his technique..but he would be a steal at 10. I would honestly double dip at LB. Draft him at 10, then come back in the late rounds and get Jack Sanborn from Wis.He is a tackling machine. Let them compete. It would be great for LVE and others to have legit competition.Let the best man win.

I would be OK with Parsons at #10. Penn State says he has been timed in the 4. 4s.
and the question will be, his fb IQ and can he tackle, read plays. My guess is HE would be better NOW than anyone on our roster.

He is training to come off the Edge. He would be in consideration if we still ran a 3/4.
I found this summary by Jeremiah

He reminds me of: Jaylon Smith coming out of Notre Dame. I loved the way Smith played in college. If not for that gruesome injury he suffered against Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl, he would've been one of the first players off the board in the 2016 draft. He has since recovered to have an outstanding career in Dallas. Parsons has a similar build and playing style. They are both so explosive and aggressive. It's hard to find players with this type of agility and athleticism without sacrificing the size. If Parsons can stay healthy and continue to develop, he will emerge as one of the top five players in the country.

This should scare everyone to death. We don't want to replace Jaylon with a similar player. What bothers me the most about Parsons is he struggles with misdirection, the same thing both Jaylon/Lve have issues with. I can care less how athletic Parsons is if he is shooting wrong gaps and taking himself out of plays.
