Given his age and injury, i doubt he's worth a first round pick. Still, he's a neighborhood kid. Go scots. Best of luck to him.

You can always tell who actually watches football and who doesn't.....Stafford has tools no doubt but what he shows on the football field....he's inconsistent...he can throw it far...he has throwing power. HIs accuracy SUCKS. You can't blame that on his supporting cast either.

Yeah, Stafford is clearly not better than Dak, in this offense which was built much off what Linehan did in Detroit, meaning Stafford’s best years, behind what many expect is a healthy OL, RG and all that speed on the outside here...

dude threw for over 5000 yards, 41 TDs and 16 INT in 2011 in a much more difficult passing league when surrounded by some talent.. Dak’s close to 5000 garbage time yards last year with a healthy OL and RG got him 14 TD of 30 total against the Commanders and Giants..

OK...

Washington would be a good landing point for a few years.

If Dallas had the 15th-20th pick, I would say pull the trigger, no hesitation, but with QBs pushing players down, 10th overall with likely be a top 5 caliber player in the draft. That is really hard to pass up.

That being said, I would still very much consider it because I do think he is better than Dak and the financials would be better for a couple of seasons.

How about a second rounder and Gallup?

Minnesota also thought they were getting an upgrade with Cousins. Same QB, different uniform.

Yall need to get used to the fact that these people think anybody is an upgrade over Dak. Anybody but Dak! is their mantra.. If you want to know their reasons you'll have to ask them.. but you won't get a straight answer.

I think Indy is a perfect match up.
Strjng, young stud rb, good OL, strong defense.

His contract is only 23m per year for 2 years. Not sure if he wants an extension on top of that. Probably.
Indy can give up its 1st in the 20s no problem....

They did it for DeForest Buckner last year and he was sensational this season
Colts are a QB from being a really good team
Them, 49ers, Saints would be good fits

I know exactly why they do it. Because it can’t be proven wrong. You can make anyone better ina hypothetical situation. Dalton fans had to live up their their failed predictions because he had to try to cash the checks their mouths wrote for him. He failed miserably and was the consolation prize to a Crappy season.

I would do the same with Dak. Publicize it. Dallas is open to negotiation for Dak

I could see a team like the Colts think about it, but nobody is doing a top ten.
