Stop the Narrative of McCarthy is a Bad Coach

After they drafted a QB in the first round, I think he was determined to leave after this season.

Can you imagine him with Cooper, Lamb, Gallup and this team?

Rodgers is a regular season front runner. When defenses are looser and offense is much easier to come by. This guy folds over and over in big games. And McCarthy was blamed for it all. New coach comes in and same thing.

Mr. Average almost threw 50 TD passes.. Won league MVP.. Also has a Superbowl title and consistently gets to the playoffs.

I need Prescott to elevate the team.

Prescott is a non difference making player. A glorified bus driver.

If he was having this type of career in Chicago or Detroit nobody would think much about him. In Dallas though if you're a decent player we gotta give you a max deal lol.

There were 5 new coaches this year. Arguably, McCarthy did the worst of all them. Only one that would be in the competition is Rhule but he had a much worse starting point and lost his best player for almost the entire year. Several of the other new coaches were first year head coaches. There is no excuse for how bad the Cowboys were this year.

he played 4 games with dak well five against what turned out to be 4 playoff teams out of the box, missing both tackles and the defense was horrid,..quit the exaggerating. If he had dak, healthier OL, for 16 and better defense which hopefully is the case for 2021 we can judge then..

i agree with the title but AR didnt choke i mean tb12 with 3 picks seriously that nearly choking , his defense and coaching were more to do with Toms win then AR choking is bad narritive..his coaches playcalls and to degree his layers dropping passes and not playing d right before th half is why they lost..not like TB played better thats for sure..

this will always be team game and we know personally how one or two bad plays and calls can lose a big game..patrick crayton comes to mind, bad call and fumble by murray and two missed Fgs come to mind..they say romo choked but not true IMO

I never thought McCarthy was a bad HC in GB and frankly the critique he has received where everything that went wrong there was automatically his fault is total bs. Glad we got to see Rodgers flop again in the NFC title game. At some point you need to look at yourself an ask how you have contributed to the failures of your team. Somehow I doubt Rodgers has that capacity. It also highlights the difference between him and Brady.

His record also highlights the gap between Rodgers and his two Cowboys counterparts at QB.

I betcha Rodgers missed MM on Sunday after his HC chose to kick rather than put the ball in his hands. Just a hunch. Fun fact...MM has a SB ring and Lafluer Doesn't. Some might argue he did it with a lesser team than the current GB teams.

Ok. But he is 17-26 over his last 3 seasons coaching. He's not a good coach either. If Jerry fired him, went after Aaron Rodgers this offseason, and let Dan Quinn lead the defense...........Cowboys would be super bowl challengers next year.
