1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for-4th QB, one of the top 3 wide receivers, Pitts, Slater

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies-think the 1 Tech's would have more of an immediate impact. McNeil, Shelvin

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value-good value. Farley for sure, Surtain in that top 12 range.

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?-one of the two free safeties (Moehrig, Grant), Bolton

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10-Yes, would be more in line with best player available.

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?-rather 2021 selection

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect? Edge. Team only has Tank/Gregory at the position.

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round-hell no, more like a 3rd rd pick, at best a late 2nd

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds-Two (Corner, Safety)

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?
Position would be Tackle, Hudson from Cincy

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for
A QB, a WR, or Pitts. (Draft) beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies
We should look at DT's the way this team and fan base has looked at Safeties. I don't need impact guys here, I need lunch pail guys who will hold their gaps and keep the LBs free.
But to answer your question, I think Alim McNeill and Jay Tufele would have the biggest impact for us.
3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value
This is a weird draft. Good value at 10.
4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?
Moehrig, JOK, Z. Collins, Bolton.
5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10
Only if they know Smith is calling it a career.
6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?
Depends on how high the 2nd is. I like the 1st, so many variables between now and next year's 1st. Could end up surprisingly higher than you thought.
7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?
Quarterback,
8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round
No.
9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds
Two, would be thrilled with three.
10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?
Deonte Brown, G, Alabama. I still think Connor Williams is not a Left Guard.

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for

Either one of the QBs or a top-3 WR.

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies

Oddly, I suspect Togiai. Ohio State DL tend to be pro ready. I don't think he has the most potential, but he might be the safest and will likely be prepared. Onwuzeriki is interesting bit might be over-drafted.

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value

Fair value. I think they're perfectly fine choices at 10, but I don't think either is a bargain.

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?

None unless Horn or Surtain slip to the mid-20s and you haven't chosen a CB at 10. But even then, I would hesitate.

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10

If they know they are moving on from Tyron or he is retiring, I'd consider it. But only if the T is on a higher tier than a defensive player.

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?

I want the 2021 2. Twenty-five years is a long time, and I am getting to be an old man.

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?

There are enough holes that probably only WR and RB would be a true surprise. You could add QB, but you'll know more about Dak's status by then. In one scenario, QB might not be a surprise at all. I guess the potential surprise could be a WR in 3 if someone they value as a fringe first rounder happens to tumble. Or maybe you would see Pitts as a surprise. I don't think that would surprise me, though.

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round

I think he goes in 2 or 3. He has some mobility and twitchiness, but with the recent emphasis on stretch plays, RPOs, shovel passes, etc, the clubs value penetrating DTs more than ever. I'm not sure he is that.

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds

I like a safety and a corner in the first 4 rounds and a developmental corner or 2 in 5th through 7th. But I could be talked into 3 in the first 4 rounds if someone slips a bit.

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?

I like the Notre Dame OT, Hainsey, if he is around in the fifth or later. I could see taking the Cincinnati T if he falls to 4. I wouldn't mind a WR like Palmer from Tennessee in the late rounds. Gallup will likely be gone after next season. That is also an argument for taking Pitts if you think he is clearly, absolutely the best player. And again, Sewell or Slater might be in play if Tyron is done.

With WR: Consider 3 players essentially start. While Wilson has shown something he does have an injury history, we may be thin at the position. And considering we only have Gallup under contract for one more, I could see a WR being drafted in the top 150. I don't we would take one as high as the 2nd. However I think its a possibility once our 3rd comes up

Fans see the draft as an immediate fix to current problems. Clubs view the draft with a longer lens. You want to have reinforcements 2-3 years down the road.

Sometimes I think fans have the better idea...

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for

Lance

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies

Wilson & McNeil

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value

Farley good / Surtain bad

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?

Basically anyone the team has a 1st round grade on

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10

If BPA by a good margin, yes - Slater would be a good pick

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?

2021 2nd

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?

RB

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round

No

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds

2

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?

Usual suspects aside - Dwayne Eskridge

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for?

Fields

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies

McNeil/Shelvin

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value

Farley very good, Surtain depending on 40

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?

If there’s a run on LB’s and I feel like Collins/Bolton won’t make it or a run on S’s and Grant/Moehrig won’t make it.

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10

Personally, only Sewell. If Farley/Surtain(pending 40) are gone then I’d be just fine with Slater. Other than that we trade down.

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?

2022 first. Give me a one all day any day. Two 1’s in a draft gives you the flexibility to trade one for a player or trade up in the draft for a blue chipper. Even if you stay put you get a guy for 5 years cheap.

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?

Interior OL. Iif we don’t resign Looney we are a year away from 0 interior O-line depth. Taking one would solidify the depth for the future and give you flexibility to trade C-Will as you probably won’t resign him. Basically like when we drafted McGovern. Nothing on defense is surprising, so maybe a RB or QB would be a shock depending on what happens with Dak. WR’s and tight ends are Jerry specials so I wouldn’t be shocked there.

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round

He better not.

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds

2 at least and they have to be starters if we don’t add any FA’s. Hoping we sign one vet starter back there and draft 3 DB’s (2 starters) in our first 6 picks.

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?

Jaelon Darden. Get me a 4.3 guy like Deonte Harris in NO. That’s the last piece to the skill position/special teams guys.

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect? WR, TE

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds 1

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target? Too many to list...speed WR, OL, TE

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for?
Could be a lot of players: QB, TE, LB, WR or OT

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies?
several of these guys could make day 2 and all would help day 1: McNeil, Tufele, Onwuzurike, Nixon, Shelvin,

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value?
Farley good, Surtain ok, but better in early teens

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?
Bolton, Collins, Horn, Moehrig, Phillips, Grant

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10?
Yes, If they know Smith/Collins won't return or if they can't get a top D target or trade back w/ good value

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?
2021 2nd + more depending on how far

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?
TE, RB

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round?
No, but I'd love him at 44!

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds?
That will depend on how many FA's we sign before hand, but I'll say 2, CB and FS

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?
Trey Sermon RB OSU, Kali Herbert RB VaTech

1) If the Cowboys look to trade down, what player(s) would be there at 10 that other teams would want to move up for

Fields, Wilson, maybe one of the WRs that falls - Smith or Chase.

2) What day 2 defensive tackles would come in and make an impact as rookies

I am all on the Tufele train. McNeil as well.

3) Surtain or Farley at 10: Good or bad value

Farley. Good value.

4) What (if any) players would you consider moving back into round 1 from 44 for?

Barmore, I think I like him more than others. Maybe JOK if he slides into the later 20s given that Quinn may want smallish, quick LB/S types.

5) Do you feel Dallas should consiser an OT at 10

No but with a caveat. If Sewell slides I would consider it. That being said, the fact this team has to keep throwing first round picks in pursuit of a good OL is a problem.

6) If Dallas trades down from 10, would you prefer a 2021 second or a 2022 first?

2022 first. But if it were a high 2nd rounder this year, maybe.

7) What position could Dallas draft in the first 3 rounds that no one would expect?

WR.

8) Alim McNeil: Does he go in the 1sr round

No.

9) Considering the amount of FA's we have, how many DB's do you hope Dallas adds in the first 4 rounds

I'd like to see 2.

10) What offensive player, in any round, would you like to see Dallas target?

Leatherwood. He'd be a good selection in the 2nd IMO. A little insurance against our two existing OTs.[/QUOTE]
