Where has the $44 million figure.come from? Serious question. Surely it's nonsense and a non story right?
I asked this question and a poster told me "Well if he wants under Mahomes money it must be 44 million right?". Its a number fans brought up assuming that's what he wants. I don't think anyone truly knows but the people discussing but we know at the very least its more than Watson so its at least 40........

Hmmm......so basically you lied. Ok.

Conner Williams played in 16 games last year.

Taco Charlton wasn't BPA. Cowboys even came out and said they had TJ Watt graded hire but he didn't "fit" their defense.

How is Mo Claiborne "BPA" When they traded up to get him? BPA would've been them sitting there waiting to draft the best player available. Not trading up to get the best player.

BPA is not purely fan stuff. There are teams every single year that go into the draft and draft the best player available.......there are some rules to it. Ravens do it all the time. Steelers do it all the time. Packers drafted Jordan Love and a running back last year despite having Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones. What do you mean this is "purely fan stuff"?

BPA is real in football because theres so much turnover and there's no guaranteed contracts which makes it easy to get from under a guy that's underperforming. TO make this like the Cowboys are the only team that does it is silly.

Yeah, I lied because you must not have a dictionary that applies to Dak what that word can mean, and it's not the word that you think it means, but that must be because you are a one track mind like many others are.

Its a lie regardless of what way you use the word. We'll just agree to disagree. No point in harping about it. It is what it is.

I didn't have to look anything up. I'm well aware of what reparations are......you said it for a reason to get a rise out of me. Just like you said "mo money, mo money"...I'm well aware of what you do not his site @5Stars. Do you know what the word means is the question?

His agent is just trying to get the most for his client. That’s why you hire an agent. They throw stuff out all the time. Doesn’t mean its going to happen. Point is that Dak didn’t say it, his agent did. So the haters need to quit saying Dak is asking for close to Mahomes money. It’s a lie.

Correction, his agent is just trying to get the most for himself. And since they have so far failed to get him a long term deal, Dak is still holding on out there, hoping he doesn't get a career ending injury before he gets a long term deal. That broken ankle could've been worse news than it was, considering Dak and his agent passed on a good 5 year 35mil a year offer out of pure greed.
I like Dak, but I'm a Cowboys fan 1st, and 40+ mil a year is bad for the Cowboys.

Taco was mostly rated over Watt.

No, BPA is not used by NFL teams. It's silly fan stuff. The draft is used to build teams, not just take players willynilly because you think a TE might be a bit better than that OL you need. It's become a catch phrase that fans simply love to use, mostly because they're not interested in research and analyzation.

Correction, his agent is trying not get the most for his client and in turn he makes his money. His broken ankle only enhanced Dak’s position. Dak had the #1 offense in the NFL and then Dalton took over. SMH.
