Dak's not signing before the team has to franchise him. If you're in negotiations and the opponent has to make a move, you let them make it so you know exactly what you're dealing with. It's more information. All this tag deadline franticness is just fans being Nervous Nellies because they want it to be over already when this thing could come down to the July deadline all over again. Hope those fans have their pills handy. There's no incentive for Dak to sign before tomorrow's deadline.
