I'd pass on Suh unless he comes very cheap. Rotational player at this point, has a reputation of taking a lot of plays off. If we had strong depth at the position where he could go all out 20 plays a game i'd be all over it, but we need to focus resources on a full time starter.

Maybe if he steps into a time machine and it becomes 2018 again.
He played really well in 2020. His defense was dominant vs an outstanding offense in the Superbowl. He was a big part of that dominance too?
You had guys that agreed with you. Did you guys watch the Super Bowl?

Dude what are you talking about, he was a key piece to the Bucs winning the SB, and allowed their LBs to roam free in coverage.

He just needs to play a certain role in this defense not be Aaron Donald and Khalil Mack at the same time.
Do these guys actually watch the games? Sue was dominant at times. Much better than any of our DT’s.

The dude can still be dominant, but most of 2020 he was pretty average. Seems to flip the switch on and off when he wants to. He’s certainly an upgrade, but I’d prefer to set our sights higher.

If he played like that all the time he wouldn't have bounced around from team to team, 4 of them in 6 years. Playing one good game every couple three years isn't worth over spending for.

No thank you. I've never been a fan of his. He's just too dirty, IMO.
Did you like Eric Williams? I loved Eric Williams. He once told Michael Strahan, “take your a_ _whuppen like a man”. He was a bad dude! Played a little dirty too!

Williams would have went down as one of the best T of all time if not for the knee injury.

Probably gonna be a dearth of 1 year deals at good value once tge big guys get their money

I've been wondering about that. Now this isn't directed towards you specifically but I keep seeing that we should expect 1 year deals because of the cap, however I also keep seeing how Daks contract is structured in way that front loads his money in signing bonuses with a lower cap for this year...so if that can be done for dak, why wouldn't this be able to done with all other free agents?

I think anybody who was going to get highly paid multi year contract in a normal year is still going to get paid this year. If anything, the people who are screwed are the guys like Clowney who would normally play under a giant one year contract

Now where would you come up with that ridiculous idea?
I have a house bartender that I shipped from NYC. Has his own place in the back. I don't ask no questions, he don't tell me no lies. Just mix the liquids.
Best decision I've made in years.

I rim with flake beer salt prepared by the Greeks using the waters of Lake Minnetonka.

You and your sea salt... ha! Plebe.

He was a member of a defense and was was far from a good player on it the entire season. I watched the Bucs play multiple games this year. The best thing I can say about him is that he existed.

All I see is media types predicting a flurry of activity over the next couple of weeks when I figured things would be slower with the reduced cap.

I think so too. I haven't looked at the numbers, but I bet there's a lot less cap available for free agency. It will likely take a while for players to adjust to the reduced offers they're likely to get. The guys trying to get a 1 year "prove it" contract will be the most screwed, as there reduced price can't be weighed off against less cap constrained seasons.

Free agents? Ha! Can't afford any of them now, thanks to Mr. Greedy you-know-who..

This is a question you seriously need to repeat over and over.

With some extra money after couple of restructures, Jerry and the Cowboys needs fo go after Ndamukong Suh in FA. He is perfect DT for Quinn’s 4-3 scheme and ability pair with Hill, Gallimore & draft picks.

Dirty, dirty player. 34 years of age.
Um, no.
