4 QB's (many insiders are projecting 4 QB's taken within the top 10)
3 WR's (Chase, Smith, Waddle)
1 TE (Pitts)
1 OT (Sewell)

That leaves 1 more spot: Slater, Farley/Surtain, Parsons

Slater 1 Farley 2 Surtain 3 Parsons 4. I would not complain with the pick. The team would improve with any of these guys.

Got a trade back scenario for you. The Patriots just signed Cam for another year. If Lance is there at 10 the Patriots would be the perfect trade partner.

This is just strictly BPA but Parsons and Slater are so close, have to hope Denver goes Parsons at 9.
Parsons
Slater
Farley
Surtain - can see him dropping a few spots.

I think it's a win win. It sounds like if Pitts falls he could be the guy and maybe they're right, I saw one write up say he's the definition of a mismatch, too tall for CBs and to good for LBs. I saw another that said in five years he may be the best player from this years draft. Otherwise we should get a good player or a good player and another day two pick.

There will be a nice trade down scenario when the top 9 unfold. The QB hungry teams could make JJ look like a draft trading savant.

JJ needs to cash in on other desperate teams.

Something you have to consider. Slater could be considered the top offensive tackle prospect. He would be a steal at 10. Farley, Surtain, and Parsons have players who have similar value like Horne, Newsome, Zavin Collins and JOK so a trade down into the teens would be a good idea.

If the 4 QBs and 3 WRs and LT and TE are gone, what is another team trading up for? 1 of those 9 players needs to fall to 10 to grease the skids on a trade. Is Parsons, Farley or Surtain so highly regarded as worth trading up for them?

Whomever is on there board if that scenario happens is who they will take. My bet is Parsons and Slater are above the corners. So between those two.

The 5th quarterback especially if it’s Lance. I bet the Patriots would want him. His pro day is today.

You overrate Slater. He’s not the best OT prospect. Sewell is.

I’m fine with Pitts if we sign a starting FS and DT in FA but we won’t

this FO has no idea what they’re doing

Some teams think he is. That what all the television scouts are saying. The guy is legit. Just because you don’t like him the Cowboys will consider him just like Parsons, Surtain, Farley and others.
