And Quinn had Kam and Neal (17th overall) why cant JOK be the pick at 10 when hes a better athlete than all 3? They were willing to trade multiple picks for Adams too.
Its just interesting that quinn wanted another kam so bad he reached for Neal, who ran a 4.62 and never showed speed in college at 17.You don’t have to sell me on how useful he’d be in Quinn’s defense. I think he’d be all over the place making plays.
If Farley, Surtain, and Pitts are gone... I’d be OK with him. He is the modern NFL defender.
I think JOK is someone they may take if they traded down. I have a feeling they are going to view him as an SS who plays LB on passing downs, and grade him highly. However they grade him high enough to take him 10th.And Quinn had Kam and Neal (17th overall) why cant JOK be the pick at 10 when hes a better athlete than all 3? Well, I don’t know how that Atlanta team did things, meaning I’m not sure tht Quinn was really making those picks, I’m sure he said that he wanted another Kam but whoever was making the decisions might have wanted Seattle’s defense so bad that they reached a little to get one of those pieces. Its just interesting that quinn wanted another kam so bad he reached for Neal, who ran a 4.62 and never showed speed in college at 17.
I think alot of it could be value of Safeties in Quinns defenseWell, I don’t know how that Atlanta team did things, meaning I’m not sure tht Quinn was really making those picks, I’m sure he said that he wanted another Kam but whoever was making the decisions might have wanted Seattle’s defense so bad that they reached a little to get one of those pieces.
Or Quinn made the decision to take Neal. I just don’t know.
So, I guess what I’m saying is that a big rover type of guy may or may not be a vital piece to Quinn’s defensive vision. He might think that he needs a different position more than he needs that.
Of course, the way the draft falls will dictate a lot of whose available at that pick. The team could love JOK and Pitts inexplicably slide to 10 and we might never know how much Quinn really did covet Karamoah.
IMO, Karamoah is going to be a really, really good player though and would allow you to do a lot of different things defensively. I very much like that player.
They are saying Cisco might fall to third, which would be an absolute steal. And yup Ifeatu Melinfonwuuuuu, looks like a solid 2nd round pick!Adams aint all that. Not understanding all the slobbering. There are a couple safeties in this draft I like better. Grant and the Syracuse kid..not Cisco, but the one with the difficult name lol..
Mel is a corner though. But back to JOK that dude is this years Isasiah Simmons. I'd be all for it! He plays with a nastiness and he dosent swipe when he makes a play! They are saying Cisco might fall to third, which would be an absolute steal. I think he would be an outstanding addition. Wilson is able to play FS on run downs
What's your plan with D. Wilson then? A backup safety? They never offered multiple picks, their offer was a #1 and Anthony Brown. And Quinn had Kam and Neal (17th overall) why cant JOK be the pick at 10 when hes a better athlete than all 3? They were willing to trade multiple picks for Adams too.
To build a great defense yiu gave to have the basics in place before you can get the rovers
We need 2 DTs a FS along at a minimum
I think he’s a bit overrated. I’d also add that he’s a bit of a wildcard because he didn’t play a traditional linebacker or safety spot at Notre Dame. All these prognostications of how great he’ll be are based on speculation, which is exactly what plagued Hasson Riddick and more recently with Isaiah Simmons.
Thank you lol..Thats him. True. They are saying Cisco might fall to third, which would be an absolute steal. And yup Ifeatu Melinfonwuuuuu, looks like a solid 2nd round pick!
