it is the way of the jones family. they already have three superbowl trophies so the only thing that they are worried about is how much money they are going to make or lose every year.
man i miss those days.....i was just a kid when we were actually good

Every year fans expect the Cowboys to go out there with limited cap space and sign every marquee player available. It's not happening. Like it or not, they already secured what would have been the most sought after free agent in the league- Dak Prescott.

Signing other teams' leftovers isn't this team's approach; and hasn't been for quite some time. We can argue about how effective this plan is, but it is what it is.

Ya, we hear that EVERY year......signing our own guys to ridiculous contracts and how smart it is.....hows it working?

Ask Jerry’s pockets. That’s all that matters..... he’s already hyping it up during the Dak presser...he said were going to Oxnard this year, and going to have full capacity at the stadium. And you will all line up and pay top dollar.

Look at what they're paying for their QB, RB, WR and OL. Then they have still have to field an entire roster.

Where's the money supposed to come from to sign all of these top-tier FA's?

Maybe he can ask some GMs how they do it every year.....

You mean the Chiefs who just cut both of their starting tackles? How much are they paying their RB's and WR's?
They have 11 million in cap space and just signed an OG to a 5 year 80 million dollar contract. But Dallas has no money right? Their WR core has been much more expensive than ours. Go ahead keep making excuses...the Bucs were almost negative in salary and managed to sign Barrett and Gronk today....keep finding excuses. This front office doesn’t trust themselves evaluating pro personnel. They suck less at drafting that’s why they sell you hard on the draft.

I do appreciate them sending out their sycophants in the media to spin what they are doing. Jane Slater was in full blown cover mode today and more will come soon. I fully expect a couple of Mickey articles this week talking about how strong their FA strategy is.
By time training camp come Dallas Cowboys will be the favorite in the NFC East and dark horse Super Bowl contenders let Jerry and the media tell it...watch.

The Chiefs cut both their starting tackles because they were hurt.

They just signed Thuney for $80 million.
thats what good Gms do. They cut their losses and fix glaring issues.
